Think up day 2

I made a survey and gave the other class the survey after demonstrating my project. According to the survey, some thought it was very good while others thought that it was very bad. I did a competition analysis and my competitors were Google Calendar, iPhone Reminders, Planner Plus, and a Paper Checklist. I learned that I had to do a lot more work than I was expecting, people wanted much more out of the prototype that I made! I also learned that a successful business requires a good marketing team and a lot of thought about money. The survey helped me understand how I needed to change my app to make it better. For example, a lot of people did not like my background and I changed the background in order to improve my app. My favorite thing that I did today was the competition analysis because you had to think about whether the competition had the same things as I have.
