Robotics Camp Day 2
Today in camp, we finished building the remote control robots. After that, we had to build a robot that had to get through an obstacle using an ultrasonic sensor, to detect objects around it and avoid them. We also used a touch sensor, so that when it bumped into something, the touch sensor would recognize the robot was driving into something and turn away. Lastly, we used the color sensor so that it would not go over the black line in order to make it through the obstacle course. After lunch and most of our breaks, we built sumo bots. We had to put color sensors in and program them to turn around on black lines so it would stay in the rink. Tomorrow, we are going to battle in the morning.
